Refund policy

Refunds 

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-refundable items: 

- Gift cards 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you used your banking account, and haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You may also need to speak to a representative to confirm the refund has been processed.

If you used a credit card, you may want to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. If an item is damaged during shipping we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at leeartdesigns@outlook.com and send your item to: LeeArtDesigns, PO Box 144, Matthews NC 28106, United States. 

International Orders

Because of the costs associated with shipping our products internationally, all international orders are FINAL SALE. Many countries collect customs/duties for international purchases, so please review your country's international customs policies as we are not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees.
